When I am in town this is the place to eat for BBQ. Straight from the smoker to your plate. Everyone has there taste in sauce, but good BBQ does not need sauce and that is why this place serves the sauce on the side. The smoke, spices and/or rubs on the meat are to perfection. You can not go wrong ordering the hotlinks, pulled pork or ribs (my main favorites). This BBQ is so good I usually take a to-go order back home to San Diego. That is, I call in the order; have them freeze it straight from the smoker and then when I get home back home I have good BBQ for a week. Out of the freezer this meat is stellar. Just so you all know we are lacking good BBQ in SD. Anybody that says we have good BBQ in SD does not know what smoking meat is all about or they must have made it themselves. Legitimately the best BBQ in Fresno. I have a problem where I come at least once a week, and It always keeps me coming back. The nicest people own Maw n Paw too. Try the bowl with TriTip, and mix the Sweet and smokey BBQ sauce, sucha good! No need for a drink, might as well just drink the BBQ sauces. They are that good.

These are the nicest people and the best barbecue! We were having a company party for 125 people in two days and our caterer was forced to cancel to due a family emergency. I called Maw n' Paw's on a recommendation and just couldn't be more pleased! They were so accommodating, friendly and made a very stressful situation very pleasant. The food was delivered on time, the prices were very reasonable and the food was DELISH! We can't thank you enough for "saving our bacon". We will recommend them to everyone that we know.

Tried this place for the first time and I thought the BBQ was tasty, the prices were very fair, and the service was quick. This place is perfect if you only have a half hour lunch. Be warned though! I went here yesterday for the very first time... Where has this place been all my life!! I had the brisket, and there are no words to describe how amazingly delicious it was. The brisket topped with their smokey sauce, may be the best bbq I've ever had. I'll definitely be going back soon.

Have been back several times, and each time the product truly improves. At this point, it has improved beyond a 4-star straight to a 5-star in my book. Easily the best BBQ Chicken in town, and the best Pulled Pork. Sauces have also improved, immensely. When mixed (specifically Smokey and Sweetie) can create a sauce that rivals some of the best I have had in Kansas City. Hot links are really good, excellent level of spice. And the price, honestly, you can't get a better lunch for $5.00. It is rare in this town to find good, home-cooked food, as it seems we are so focused on the chain restaurants here. Please, give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.

We worked with Maw n' Paw BBQ to cater our annual employee lunch. Our employees loved the food and came back for seconds. Maw n' Paw thought of everything...they provided warmers for extra food, ice, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, butter, salt and pepper, and the list goes on. They took care of us! Our employees couldn't say enough good things about the experience. We really enjoyed it and will definitely go back. Highly recommend Maw n' Paw's!
